We proudly use 100% natural, cruelty-free, and ethically sourced ingredients. Every formula is handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. We do not test on animals ever.
🚚 Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are made fresh to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be handcrafted, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed. You may select your desired processing time at checkout.
🌍 Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days once shipped, and international orders within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL to ensure timely and secure delivery.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey. If you have not received tracking within your processing timeframe, please email us so our Client Experience Team can assist.
🕊️ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal-care products, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused itemswithin 7 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
A 20% processing fee applies to all approved returns to cover sanitation and restocking.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our hygiene standards.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once your return is received and approved.
💌 Order Cancellations
Because each order is made by hand, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, ingredients are prepared and production begins. If approved, a 20% cancellation fee applies to cover labor and materials.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how important your order is to you.
If your package was insured and marked “delivered” but not received, please contact us within 72 hours so we can initiate a claim and send a replacement if eligible.
Uninsured packages must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
