Ages 4–17 | All Skill Levels Welcome
Give your child a chance to build skills, confidence, discipline, and basketball IQ at the UPLIFT Youth Training Day with Coach Jasmine.
Whether your child is brand new to basketball or already plays competitively, they’ll be placed with athletes close to their age and skill level so they can learn, compete, and LEVEL UP.
What We’ll Work On:
Dribbling & ball handling • Passing • Footwork • Shooting • Finishing • Speed & agility • Basketball IQ • Skill-development games • 2-on-2 & 5-on-5 competition • Confidence & teamwork

Early Bird: $25 per child
After November 1st: $35 per child
